Agreement
By accessing or using LeThePlan (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
What LeThePlan is
LeThePlan is an anonymous, privacy-first financial planning tool. It takes your self-reported financial information and generates a personalised financial snapshot, score, and set of recommendations.
LeThePlan is not a regulated financial service. We are not a bank, investment advisor, financial planner, accountant, or any other type of regulated financial professional.
Not financial advice
All content generated by LeThePlan — including financial health scores, projections, debt payoff timelines, savings recommendations, and any other outputs — is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing in the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any professional advice of any kind. Projections are based on mathematical models and assumptions — they are not guarantees of future results.
Always consult a qualified, licensed financial professional before making significant financial decisions, including but not limited to investment, debt management, retirement planning, or property purchase decisions.
Your data and privacy
You retain full ownership of all financial information you enter. We do not store this information on our servers. Your plan is saved only in your browser’s local storage. See our Privacy Policy for full details. Privacy Policy.
Accuracy of information
The quality of the output depends entirely on the accuracy of the information you provide. Deliberately inaccurate inputs will produce inaccurate outputs. We are not responsible for decisions made based on outputs derived from incorrect or incomplete information.
Payments
Paid plans are processed through LemonSqueezy, a third-party payment processor. One-time payments are non-refundable after the plan is generated and accessed. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Prices may change. Existing subscribers will be given 30 days’ notice before any price changes take effect.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- —Use the Service to provide financial advice to others on a commercial basis without appropriate licensing
- —Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying financial models
- —Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Limitation of liability
LeThePlan is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its outputs.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Service availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and failing that, through binding arbitration.
